INGECID develops together with SACYR a digital infrastructure management platform for the Henares Hospital, within the Cognitivo project, led by SACYR and co-financed by the Community of Madrid.
Within this project, starting from the digitization of the infrastructure through the BIM model of the same and through the platform developed in the project, a digital twin of the hospital is achieved in which through sensorization, data management and the use of Artificial Intelligence, a more efficient management of the Hospital will be made, maintaining and improving comfort and quality standards from the perspective of users, hospital professionals, as well as hospital managers.
With the digitization of the hospital infrastructure and with this technology, the hospital is provided with “consciousness” as if it were a neural network.
- Different existing systems such as BMS, consumption control systems, maintenance management systems and control systems for different hospital systems are integrated.
- Thousands of signals are sensorized.
- Thousands of assets are controlled.
With all of this, the following is achieved:
- Centralized control of assets and data.
- Increase energy consumption efficiency, by monitoring internal and external temperatures, as well as dozens of other variables that are correlated by AI algorithms trained specifically for this purpose.
- Reducing maintenance costs, thanks to a more efficient management of assets where AI helps to predict and prevent possible failures early on.
This project uses the VIRCORE Framework as an accelerator for the implementation of the specific use cases of the project, thus achieving a very significant reduction in development costs and timeframes.
